From May 13 to 15, we had the pleasure of taking part in the 27th edition of Oil & Gas Uzbekistan (OGU), the leading annual platform for industry professionals in Central Asia. The Chamber, represented by President Giorgio Veronesi and the Tashkent Representative Oybek Irgashev, once again occupied a prominent space opposite the Uzbekneftegas stand, within the new CAEx venue in Tashkent.
The event confirmed itself as a privileged meeting point for experts, ministry officials, representatives of international companies, and stakeholders from across the energy sector. Over the three days of the exhibition, we had the honor of welcoming to our stand prominent figures such as the Italian Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Piergabriele Papadia de Bottini, the Uzbek Minister of Energy, Jurabek Mirzamahmudov, and the Chairman of Uzbekneftegas, Bakhodirjon Sidikov.
Through the CIUZ collective stand, we brought our members and Italian companies operating in the Oil & Gas sector to the fair, proudly representing the excellence and know-how of Made in Italy in a strategically important setting for the future of Central Asia’s energy industry.
We would like to thank all the companies that relied on the Chamber to participate in OGU, showing great interest in the Uzbek market and contributing to the development of economic relations between the two countries: AD Tubi, AG Refrigeration, Asco Pompe, Eurotecnica, Fagioli, Graf, House of Liquids, Musetti, Omega, Sofinter, and Terranova.
